I'm Just 16

Facing the world
Looking at it in the eye
It scares me to death
Makes me want to cry

I'm just 16...

People who are older than me
Ask me questions about life
They wont my help
Want my advice

I'm just 16...

I want to change this broken world,
But don't know how to do it.
How do i get my point across,
And still committ to everything else?

I'm just 16...

I want to make decisions.
I want to matter in this world.
I want to help people out.
I want to change it, to change the world.

I'm just 16...

I look for a leader,
I ask for advice.
I long for help,
It all costs a price.

I'm just 16...

I honestly don't know.
I don't have a clue
How to live in this world.
And I don't know how to tell you

That I'm just 16...

I want to scream
I want to tell
I want everyone to hear
When i yell

I'M JUST 16...

I'm Just 16...

I trip.
I fall.
I screw up.
I feel small.

Please remember that I'm just 16.
